Over Billing without explanation
Yesterday I checked my usage on my account and it was under a R100.00, this morning it's R1334.13 over!!!! How is this even possible to use over R1000.00 over night, when you're asleep!! My phone account is on my husbands name, so now they can't even tell me why we got over billed, my husband who works 12hour shifts must go in personally, he works for 7am till 7pm, but that's not their problem, as long as we pay

According to our records, the unbilled invoice does reflect much data usage from the 6th September to 07 September, however this is invoice has not been finalise. Please contact us after the 11 September when the invoice has been finalised to query the charges.
