Over billing of Acc NO133211 -Jul`15 ref ***0.
Sir/Madam,
Could somebody out there please take some time out to explain to the plebs out here the reluctance one encounters concerning billing queries? Case reference numbers, escalations are the order of the day with labour disputes regarding excuses duly noted. What, however, remains unanswered with little official response and comment from the server, remains the lack to supply a hard copy of daily data usage ie exhausting and recharge of data bundles as requested by the user,to prove accountability.

Sounds fair to me?

E.W.Swanepoel.
