over billing

i recently got a Router contract with MTN. The deal said that i would be recieving 2 gb p/m for R119. On the first month i will billed R1121. i called mtn and they told me to go in store and sort the problem out, so i proceeded to do that, the sales man said it possibly could be due to the contract not being capped and said he has capped it now. what was strange for me was the fact that the router worked for about 4 days and the 2gb was up, so i did not understand the extra charges. following month i recieve a statement staing that im being billed R2101, i first called mtn and the lady i spoke to alerted me that the router was capped the day that i recieved the device and she adviced me to go in store. in store they logged in an investigation of sort and they told me i have to wait two weeks to get results on what is going on. i went to the bank and i reversed the extra payments taken from my account and gave mtn the money i believed is owed to them. i am worried because i havent had any fedback from mtn and its been more than two weeks. i do not want to have to reverse any money this month as this ends up reflecting very badly on my record and i have to reverse the money because its alot and i need it and no one is able to explain to me as to whats going on.

please help

Nombuso Myeza

********** 698
