Over billing

Hi I took a router and 1 starter pack contract with Mtn 4 R170 but they brought 3 starter packs. I only used one starter pack and on monthend they charged me for 3 starter packs. I complained about this for long time ⌚ and end up reversing the payments. They stopped my services but they keep on billing me and when I contact they they don't reply
