Over Billing
I had a contract & was paying R 707.49 and did an upgrade in December 2015 and was advised that my contract will now be R 707.49 - only R 50.00 more per month - I requested for a contract, similar to the one that i had & this was agreed. From December, I was trying with the co-operate division to rectify my account & as at date, this account has not yet been rectified. I am double deducted for my insurance & am not given the 30% discount on my total bill for all co-operate accounts, as agreed. I was advised that my current H/W bill of R 199.29 will continue & now being charged for a Promo fee R 297.39, as well. My account no. is -N***. Various communications per e-mail & on phone (where you have to hold on for more than an hour) was made & I was advised that this will be rectified & as at date, no one resolved this issue. Was also told that they will get someone from the co-operate division to call & as at date, no one has called.Require urgent assistance to rectify this account & please look into my account from November 2015. I am billed incorrectly. After contract service has been signed, there is no after service assistance - Many people are misled with contracts

I received an e-mail from Shapiro Shaik defries & Associates, on 29 September 2016, advising that they are acting on behalf of MTN, to claim an amount of R 12 011.21, on account number ********** 982. I requested for further details & particulars of claim & could not be provided with anything. For the records, no prior statements or claims on this matter was ever received. I find this to be unprocedural & require an investigation & feedback.
