Over billing

Doing business with MTN is hellish. From vanishing data to over charging. I upgraded for a handset because i wanted a handset for my brother. From paying R299 i was debited R1006. I enquired but as pathetic as they are i am having different responses. Thandeka Khoza said i was charged prorata. Prudence Ntuli apologized and stated that i was incorrectly billed. Be careful when dealing with this company. They will rob you and thumb suck responses.
