Over Billing
I have have numerously been over billed, i have called the 808 number with no success. i have lost confident in MTN. The query has been sent and i have lost hope in MTN.

We have perused your account and see that the charges for the past 2 months have been validated as correct. The package that you are on is the MTN Choice 100 and you do not have a usage limit set on the account. This allows you to continue making use of the service after your minutes, SMS bundle and data bundle has been used up.
We will advise you to return to the store for assistance from either the Supervisor or the store manager.
