Over billing
I have a contract (3G contract) of R700+ a month with MTN, and now MTN debited R5717.96 from my account.<br> They claim that I used data of that much, and yet I always had a positive balance when I checked.<br> <br> MTN must fall...they are doing everything in their power to rip us off...<br> <br> I will fight tooth and nail for this.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Thank you for your post, according to our records the total usage for the 20-09-2015 was 11 GB minus the 2 GB monthly provisioning and the balance was 9 GB, we multiply the balance by the out of bundle rate of R 0.99 the account was valid and correct.
