Over billed with no support.

Jhoo guys :( I bought the Home Wifi router month to month contract. My monthly payment is R960, but MTN has been billing me R1400 for the past 3 months. I have sent them countless emails to their customerCare email address, nothing, instead they give me reference number after reference number.

I also tried going to an MTN store at Mall of Africa, but no one was able to help me fix this and give me my money back.

I dont know what to do anymore, this will be the 4th month over charging me.
