Over billed with no end in sight.
I was over billed in February 2015 on my one data account. After numerous calls and mails it eventual got sorted out months later when MTN admitted to over billing me. Only to happen again with my other data account no less than 1 month later.

I simply received an sms irregular activity on account. Balance R6000. 3 Day's later another sms account balance R17000

Neither call center nor customer service could assist me to explain why. They just escalate to whom knows and gave me a reference number. Now 7 months, 10 calls and no less than 20 mails later. MTN claims it is out of bundle charges.

Problem is I only have a 1 Gig bundle. That is capped !
MTN can not supply me a copy of my contract but insist it is an open contract.

Until this has been proven by evidence of contract MTN can not bill me for any data over my agreed upon contract of 1 Gig.

I am sure this will become a legal matter for the courts as I refuse to pay the amount outstanding.

With this I make a plea to any supervisor or manager from MTN to use this opportunity to resolve this matter before it becomes a legal and expensive battle.

Are there any other persons that this happened to and was it get resolved ?
