Over Billed on Data Contract NOT Resolved as promised

<p>Morning Siphumezo. Regarding reference ********** 1 and your reply. I am extremely frustrated and annoyed by the fact that you promised a refund of R526.40. I have reviewed my latest invoice received on account N ********** and no refund is reflected! What does it take to get MTN to resolve and fix YOUR mistakes. This is completely unacceptable. You need to be embarrassed about the inability to service customers effectively and fairly. This is beyond a joke.... what are YOU going to do to ensure that this is resolved now !</p>
