Over Billed on Data Contract

I have been in contact with MTN directly and via a fanchise and even an MTN direct outlet to resolve an over billed inception month of a data contract taken out in December 2016. There are at least 5 or 6 tickets for this. I have NEVER received feedback on any and each time I follow up i get told that the ticket is closed as billing is correct. I have clearly explained where the so called billing department are making the mistake and the consultants understand and agree with me, BUT my issue is still NOT resolved !!! Not only can they NOT do simple accounting, but they do not have the common courtesy or desency to respond to a customber about the feedback on a ticket raised, they merely close the call and expect the customer to keep making contact.... Completely unprofessional and downright useless. This issue remains unresolved. It will be interesting to see what responce they post on hellopeter - it will more than likely be an empty promise with no result. I am well within my rights to go to the cellular / ISACA ombudsman, which is my next step.
