over billed

So after complaining on Hello Peter about being over billed, mtn responds and says they have credited me with over R200. Interestingly, this seems like a guess work because they literally refuse to explain and give me a detailed breakdown of the bill. I have written to Lesego and Nicholete Ndebele who claimed they wanted to retain me yet they fail to answer simple questions. Yeah that really shows you serious about retaining your clients.

Mtn I still maintain I want to see how I got billed around R1400 when I only used around 50MB more. I have asked for a quotation for early termination they won't give me. Should I go to consumer protection bodies now? In the meantime I have blocked all mtn debit orders. They threatening me of suspending my services, like I care. I already have a vodacom number. Now I see why the Nigeria authorities slapped you with a $5.2 billion fine, you want to make profits at all costs and it's wrong! And you deserved being fined. I will not take this lying down and be over billed for data I did not use.

Hello secrie,

Thank you for your post.

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.

A detailed break down of the bill was sent to you and a credit was passed on to your account.
I will escalate to the cancellations team for them to contact you with the early termination charges.

Regards
Thabelo
