over billed
I have done an upgrade and I have been on top up for years all of a sudden after my upgrade I have been charged thousands from 560 and apparently my limit was not set and the lady that did the upgrade for me said she will fix it and two months later it still hasn't been fixed and I haven't heard anything from this lady except now I'm being threatened with lawyers. I want this fixed.
