over billed
I had a contract with Nashua Mobile of R 169.00, Nashua Mobile moved it's contracts to MTN and MTN started charging me over R500.00, it happened for about three months, I then went to MTN at Mall of the North to enquire, and a call was logged on my behalf, and they advised me that I was over billed and they will sort it out, and that was 16 Jan 2015, and I asked full information of how much are they refunding, and how much are they going to charge me going forward and I am getting no replies.
