Over 4 Months to get my phone

I was pick pocketed on 27th of May 2016 and had to leave the province the next day for work. I couldn't open a case to report my phone as ****** and couldn't have it opened by another person as I had to be there to write a statement. I however did blacklist the phone and did all the neccesary steps required by insurance to make sure that I could be able to claim for a new phone. After being out of the province for over 2 months I came back to open a case so that I may claim.

I went to a MTN outlet at Festival Mall in Kempton Park where I was told that all claims were handled online and that I should fill in the form, along with my ID, the account holders ID (my mother) and the affidavite and then email them to ********** which I did. I recieved a response saying that I was given the reference number ********** 6 and that they would be in contact with me within 5 working days. Over a month passed and nothing was said, this is when I decided to do another claim done with my mother, we recieved a response from Chanel Du Plessis ********** saying that our matter will be attendent to by the 05 of Dec '16 (still nothing has been done). My mother then decided that she would go to the MTN branch to find out what exactly was happening, she was told that she should have claimed in store and that the matter would be sorted quicker, this was at the Greenstone MTN store, she explained that that's what she wanted to do from the on set but was told that claims were done online. We were than informed that there was a big problem with that, after claiming in store we were told that our ITC Number (which we were given by their call centre is wrong) now we have been trying to find out where we can get the correct one and we keep being referred to a number that doesnt work and a email address that no one ever replies to.

Claim Ref Number. MTNLF **********

PLEASE HELP!
