OVER 16 WORKING DAYS!!
On the 27th of march i took my phone in for repairs for the 6th time! took it directly to MTNs HVRC. after emailing them 3 times to try get an eta, i get a response \the device is not ready and still at the repair center please check back in 7 working days"it has already been 16 working days!<br> <br> I phoned and after 30min i got through to an agent who said the phone had been sent to samsung they have no idea when it will be ready"
