Over 15 minutes to wait for an answer

I waited 15 minutes for the phone to be answered only to be redirected and then cut off!!! I want to cancel my contract, i do not have the contract number so i cannot get through to an actual person on the phone. Someone needs to call me back. This is not the first time this has happened!
