Outstnding blances
My lines are closed and apprently I'm being told that there are oustanding amounts that I have to pay but I've been paying the whole 24 months, they sending me statements of the amount that I have to pay every month and I am paying exactly what has been sent to me then where are the oustandings coming from. I can't make or receive callls, I received a statement this month informing me that I have to pay R280 and if I'm calling MTN they telling me tht I have to pay more than that and no one told me that. This is not right at all

Unfortunately I could not get hold of you on your number. Kindly be advised that payment is due within 21 days after you have been invoiced. Your invoice date is the 21st of each month and payment is due on the 11th of the following month. The system shows that the last cash payment was received on 2015-12-04 for R 280 which was for the invoice dated 2015-10-20. The total amount outstanding is R 438.29 for the invoice dated 2015-11-20 and 2015-12-20.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
