Outstanding service from Sifiso at Retentions

I had to cancel my daughter's cell phone contract as she has emigrated. I spoke to Sifiso at Retentions. I was fine until he asked what my reason was for termination, at which point I burst into tears as this was my daughter's last connection with South Africa, Sifiso was SO kind and considerate - he spent time talking to me and just waiting until I stopped crying. I'm sure this was not part of his job description. This level of service is just phenomenal and I can't thank Sifiso and MTN for helping me today.
