I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Santam and the MTN and Admyntec Service Champions for the outstanding service I received after having my phone ******. From the very beginning, the entire process was handled with such efficiency, professionalism, and genuine care.

I insured my iPhone 15 Pro Max last year, and unfortunately, I had to claim this year after it was ******. To my surprise, I was informed that the iPhone 15 Pro Max was no longer available in the market. Instead, my insurance upgraded me to the iPhone 16 Pro Max at no extra cost, with only an excess fee required. I was truly blown away by this gesture. (Everything was done and delivered within 3 days)

The agents I worked with, Patricia Mashau, Nocwaka, and the other amazing service champions that didn’t put their names on the emails, went above and beyond. They were super friendly, attentive, and consistently checked in on me, knowing how traumatic the loss of a phone can be. Their speed, efficiency, and customer care really stood out and made the entire experience seamless.

I am extremely grateful and impressed. This kind of service builds loyalty, and I am definitely going to continue with Santam and MTN. I sincerely hope that other customers also get to experience this same level of care and excellence.
