I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Misha Du Plessis at MTN Jacqueline Mall in Alberton, and I can confidently say she delivered some of the best customer service I've ever experienced.

Misha was not only super responsive and professional, but also incredibly knowledgeable. She really took the time to listen to what we needed from our devices and then recommended the perfect phones to suit our business and personal needs — to a tee! She even went the extra mile to get my phone in a different colour, which she somehow knew I secretly wanted. That personal touch made all the difference.

On top of that, I accidentally left my vape behind, and Misha kept it safe and contacted me to let me know. Her honesty, attention to detail, and genuine care are rare and truly appreciated.
