Outstanding Service from Ethan Bond at MTN

My contract was due for an upgrade, I was so lucky to be assisted by a guy Ethan Bond, who did not only do an excellent job but went beyond boundaries regarding an issue I had. He was patient with me, through out the back n forth calls and understood my frustrations. Even though I haven't recieved my device as yet, but I appreciate what he did. You don't find consultants like that no more.
