Called in at the MTN Office, CapeGate, Cape Town, opposite the NEDBANK. My cell was unable to receive SMS's neither mainline calls. Ramone the Consultant spent and enormous amount of time to ascertain the problem and finally advised a change to a new cellphone. The service provided by Ramone, inconjunction with Josija, was EXCEPTIONAL. Keep it up the BRILLIANT TEAM.
