OUTSTANDING SERVICE

<p>In toiday's time you seldom get any service what to say Good service. However, I experienced the complete opposite. I went to the Lock Logan branch last week to upgrade my phone. Was metby TUMY who assisted me in a friendly way. Unfortuantely somethign went wrong and the update had to be cancelled. Tumi kept me updated on the proces daily via sms. On Sunday I returned to the store as it was now more than 24 hours later. Tumi was off but I was assisted by the Branch Manager, Esmeralda. What a joy, she was efficient, friendly and extremely helpful. I am not clued up with technology but she set up my new phone, explain to me the necessary and with patience assisted me until I was able to work it myself. To BOTH of you -WELL DONE and thank you - I will recommend your brand to anyone - this was outstanding!</p>
