Outstanding service
I have been an MTN customer for 20 years. Recently I was helped with several upgrades and contracts by Bertha Ngubane at the Ballito branch. I can say without reservation, that this is the most professional, helpful, diligent and responsive person I have ever dealt with at MTN, or any other carrier, insurance company, bank, in the last 20 years.
