Outstanding Reimbur*****t

I app**** for a router and 2 sims Black Friday 2020, I even included A21 cellphone , They delivered wrong package on the 4th January 2021 and I return the router and the sim card on the 9th January .In April 2021 they deducted R1207.00 4 times for something that i dont own. I have been calling them since May 2021 and their response is, my matter has been escalled to Senior management. I am so frustrated and need my money back. Yesterday it was 1 year waiting for my reimbur*****t.
