Outstanding Paid-Up Letter Preventing Debt Review Removal

We have been requesting a paid-up letter for months. Due to the outstanding letter, we are unable to remove the consumer from debt review.

Numerous emails have been sent to MTN by both ourselves and the consumer, but no assistance has been received.

The consumer is now unfairly stuck under debt review because of this matter. Very disappointing service.
