Have a contract with MTN for about 9 years now and suddenly I am getting outrageous bills. When calling the customer service the irritated lady just tells me it is data and that is it. I have never ran out of data and to top it off I bought extra data with my loyalty points that have been deducted but nothing shows on her system. MTN has no regard or loyalty to the small customer and will lose me as a customer as soon as my contract expires.
