Outrageous and pathetic customer service

Called the call centre 136 for assistance for a new contract. Spoke to a number of 4 customer services call centre agents, what a disgrace. MTN seems to be hiring *********** people to provide and delivery service. I asked to speak to the senior in the department and Zikhona said I can not. She must 1st speak to the supervisor and only then I'll get a call back. She guaranteed I'll get the call back after 5mins. Till now nothing. At last I spoke to Simphiwe who gave me the sales section number.
