Outraged!!!!!
So my account is suspended yet again. It is not my fault if mtn cannot deduct my debit order on time. I need my phone to make important calls and now I cannot do that because my account is suspended, and I can't even get a hole of the customer service department. This service of mtn is ridiculous. I am so tired of their pathetic efforts of my account is not sorted out in the next 10 minutes I will take legal action. I am fed up with mtn such poor service and unenthusiactic employees.
