Outgoing calls continuously dropped since upgrade.
Ever since I upgraded to an Samsung S6 and the getting a new sim card I cannot seem to make any calls. Although everything else works fine, receiving calls, sms's, and data.

I have tried everything on my end. I have confirmed that it still does the same on a phone that works with another person's sim card in.

I have gone to an MTN store that couldn't help me, basically they just contacted someone from MTN who made one suggestion that didn't solve it and never got back to me.

They tell me they cannot reset the sim or account because the people responsible for that are on strike, so lastly all I can try is replacing the sim card. Which apparently I have to pay for to replace for a service that hasn't been fully provided to me from the start?

Is there anyone that can help me resolve this on MTN side? otherwise it might be best to have Cell C buy the contract out.

I don't want to be difficult but I really need a working phone.
