out of words..

I have a contract with Mtn and have been paying well.iv missed some months due to the fact that im unemployed at the moment so i was told im owing R1500 which i had to pay before end of August or il pay extra R400 for penalties so i called 808 before making any payment and was told my balance will be that R1500 only since il pay before end of the month and was told il need to pay a further R452 end of the month and that will be it no more debt.so i got an sms last week reminding me to pay the R452,so my outgoing services was suspended i called them today to arrange a date for my payment and they advised i owe R492 and noting else.so now the sms i got says i arranged to pay R944 but i did not and how does 492 change to 944.im really not happy with mtn and needs this issue sorted. The guy i spoke to also added that i was given incorrect info but cant answer my questions still and kept on telling me about his system the service i have received for the past 5 years iv been with mtn is really bad and im still with them cos of loyalty.im tired really
