OUT of stock replacement phone

I have been struggling for 10 weeks to have a brand new phone repaired or replaced. eventually after me dancing through hoops to get the phone assessed for replacement, the stoneridge store, tells me there is no stock and i must try call them back next week maybe they can replace it then. this is poor service.

Not only did they not offer to take my details and notify me when the phone is in stock. But they didn't offer me any alternative phones that are to the same value of what i current have. (Mr Suyash Kowlaser oof the HVRC where the phone was assessed, confirmed that this was the normal mtn procedure) so in essence i am now being shown the middle finger by MTN and they once again show that they do not care about their customer, i have had many bad issues with mtn during the strike. The industrial action was always to blame what is their excuse now?

WHAT WILL YOU DO ABOUT THIS.
