Out of Stock - iPad Air 2

I have an MTN contract for a tablet (iPad) which is now due for an upgrade. I have phoned about 20 MTN stores in Sandton and Pretoria East areas, but not a single one of them has stock of the iPad Air 2. No one is also able to advise how long I will have to wait for stock to arrive. It seems in any event as if there will be a very long list of people waiting and by the time stock arrives, it'll sell out in a day. I have checked other complaints and apparently this issue of out of stock has been ongoing since November 2014. This is quite unacceptable. And don't even come with the excuse that stock is subject to availability from the warehouse.<br> <br> I phoned 1 Vodacom store and they have stock of all colours and sizes. The problem I have is that I can now not upgrade (for who knows how long). I am therefore inclined to rather cancel my MTN contract and get one from Vodacom who always has stock, and who is also cheaper (for R 40 more per month you get 1Gig extra data). <br> <br> I am sure, nonetheless, that MTN will now have lots of reasons why I won't be able to cancel my contract without having to pay some or other fee. I am very disappointed.
