Out of stock for more then 3 weeks

Good day,<br> <br> I do hope that this gets to the HR of Mtn. My father went to Mtn about 4 weeks ago to order the Sony Xperia M5, however every week when he goes to the branch the phone is not in stock. How is that you advertise a phone but it never arrives? The service of the Welkom Branch is not something I will call service, and yet Mtn is a very big company with lots of client. Is it that the phone is sold to someone ells before the client could get the phone, or is that MTN BRANCH IN WELKOM does not order the phone? <br> This advert is misleading as the phone is not is stock in the first place, the phone takes more than 4 weeks to arrive and the third place no one at the Welkom branch will phone and explain what the reason may be for the delay.<br> I believe that MTN should give more attention to their branches and the people working there.<br> Please do not hesitate to phone me as this will is unacceptable.
