Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused as result of the breakdown in the service delivery in one of our touch points.
Kindly not that the credit for the June invoice has been processed to your account on the 3 July 2015. However there is an amount of R176.44 outstanding for your May invoice that was returned by your bank. This was for usage from the 20 April to 20 May 2015.
We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.
