Why do you keep on billing even though a device is paid off? Isn’t that technically *******?

When a contract comes to an end and you keep on taking money. It is ******** and it is not your money. Why do you **** your customers? My laptop is paid off but still you charge me the full amount every month. And it is not cheap.

Also. We have a router with you guys, also paid off so we should only be paying the data now?!

No, we are paying MORE than the original amount, so where is my new router? It is as if I am paying for a new device.

Why do you do this? You should be helping your customers for a long lasting relationship. But you keep pushing to get more out of your clients without giving back.

One of your workers said there is a regulation that states you are no longet allowed to charge out of contract rates. So now you are still billing me for my laptop that was paid of in July. Now you want payment for the laptop again in August??? Thats bullocks!!!!

And if I don’t pay that extra month you cut my line?!!!!
