Out of bundle usage

I have a 2 GB data contract with MTN for R126.00 per month. September I was charge R1355.00 out of bundle usage, October R2329.10 and November R1735.93. MTN's reply was: \data usage". So I decided to monitor usage and dial everyday *141# . Data usage available when dialed today"

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with our service.

Please take note that cell number *** is on open 2GB package. This line has been charged for extra data usage after the 2GB has been used.

The request has been sent to the billing department to validate the charges. 10 working days for this to be finished.
