Out of Bundle SMS's
Good Day!

MTN is Spamming me at least 4 times daily with SMS's from various numbers, the one mostly used is ***

This is irritating the living hell out of me!!!

I buy 2 GB of data now monthly, since MTN has started *****ing my Data from Last year August! (Blaming it on the so called LTE phones, just kind of strange when you are using the very same phone, doing the very same things that your data suddenly from one month to the next rise from 1GB per month to a staggering 4Gb per month!!! Now I am mostly using WiFi at home to save on charges. Kind of makes me think it was roughly the same time MTN got in **** in Nigeria hey? Come on milk us, you need the money... But that is a total different story)

Like I mentioned I get these sms's daily, when I check my balance, I still have 1.8 GB left or 1GB left etc.... Why the hell are you smsing me all of the time STATING that I Have less than 10Mb left or that my data bundle has been depleted?

I WILL change network provider, since you ARE *****ing my data monthly, and now upon that you are spamming me as well? Almost as if you are asking me to leave... Don't worry I will...

Kindly be advised that you have multiple applications running. If you were connecting to the Wi-Fi there should not be any cost incurred, but please ensure that the cellular connection is switched off on your device when using the Wi-Fi, else your device may just connect via the cellular network instead of the Wi-Fi which will incur charges.
We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.
