Out of bundle notifications

I have complained about this before, and yet I am being told to either give my personal details, INCLUDING my PIN (What BS is that - My PIN is supposed to be only for ME to know)
Furthermore I am to phone the '808' number to have this sorted - Why should I phone them if it is something THEY did - More BS
I requested a service they initialised, WITHOUT CONSENT, to be removed, but know I need to give them all me personal details - THEY loaded this **** so THEY can take it of WITHOUT the need for me to give them ANY personal details
That is what is wrong with service delivery in SA - You get what you do not need/want, but they give you what they want you to pay for, and then you need to plead for them to remove this 'service' that you never wanted
I want this service removed WITHOUT even having to communicate any further details other than my mobile number and name, PERIOD!!!
