\Out of Bundle Data Rates"excuse for high billing"""

I have reported very high accounts on my contract and have registered two complaints with the customer service dept. Every time I speak there is another person from customer services on the line and since end July 2015 had no feedback or any report on what is happening. The promise is of feedback within 21 days. In the meantime the billed amounts just gets deducted monthly. Payments went from less than R600.00 to more than R4000.00 and R2000.00 monthly since then.
I also received a sms telling me roaming had been activated as per my request. I did not request this and was told somebody using my ID have activated this on 20 July 2015. What is going on at MTN?
I do not have mail, Facebook or browse on the web. Everything else has been deleted from my phone to minimise costs.

I also had a 3G card that I wanted to convert to a \Pay as you Go"as soon as the contract period expired. I had to phone twice to get this done and the last person that finally responded"

Hello Diving,

Thank you for your post.

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it has caused.

Kindly be advised that the billing query requesting for the data charges to be validated is still pending with the billing department, REQ:***.

Please be advised that the sms sent on 2015-07-06 was sent to all contract customers who have international roaming and dialling active. The system shows that the services were loaded with your previous upgrade and have since been deactivated as per your request.

The system also shows that the 3G contract was cancelled and migrated to prepaid. The last invoice billed for *** was on 2015-03-13 which is correct as the termination date for the 3G contract was on 2015-03-17.

Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.

Regards,
Ayanda
