OTP ****mers, Reported To MTN And They Do Not Care About Their Clients
MTN Does Not Care About It Clients Being Ripped-Off !!!. A person called me last night on ***, said he was Nathaniel James from MTN ***** Department, he knew all my details, even knew my ID number said a lady called Nikiwe Nqobi ask for a SIM swap for my number *** and said he had to cancel it, he then asked me to give him the OTP number that was sent to my number, I got suspicious when he asked me to login in to my Capitec bank account, I needed the call and called the real MTN ***** department to report this, they are aware of this person and they promised that an area manager would call me at 8 am this morning but so far nothing has happened. MTN Does Not Care About It's Clients, This Man Had My Personal Details And I Believe That Someone At The MTN Store at the Glen Shopping centre gave them my details. MTN's Service Sucks, This Is Disgusting.
