OTP ***** - NO ASSISTANCE FROM MTN!

After numerous attempts at reporting a ********** activity on a mtn number, followed all procedures i.e logging it with an agent telephonically, sending the email to the ***** department as well as customer care and icasa. Yet nothing has been done since December 2021. Which just proves to us that MTN takes no action on anything ***** related and does not look after their customers. What exactly is the point of following all those steps if it just stops there and no investigation gets done nor do you provide your customer with feedback. This is absolutely shocking!
