OTP AND POOR SERVICE OVERALL

I upgraded my phone contract with ccs outsourcing. I clicked the link on MTN FACEBOOK page thinking it was MTN. Now I struggling!!! I have been struggling to get my delivery. When I thought I will get it...I couldn't. RTT delivery returned with my parcel just before 2pm. I didn't get an OTP. I have updated my contact details with MTN. Apparently all the MTN deliveries didn't have OTP. THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING!!!
