Ordered one sim card and got two

Took out a data sim contract in February and was sent two sim cards, I called and asked for one sim to be canceled and was told that it is canceled and I should destroy that particular. All this happened in March 2021, and still in December I still have two sims the one I was told was cancelled was not. For months I have asked MTN to rectify this and they haven't
