I have an MTN router that I pay R420 a month on the 7th of every month. I did pay on time but they disconnected my line from 7th of August and on 23rd August 2024 I made a payment of R700 and I started using the service. Yesterday the 2nd September 2024 my line was disconnected and my service started on 3rd of July 2024 when I got the router. Now I am puzzled that I used the service for 1 week after paying R700 then I must pay again. Very irate client
