Order not received

I app**** for the 110GB + 110GB data deal online on in August, some from Mondo called me to the application, I sent my documents to *** on the 1st of September. On the 10th I called ‭MTN sales on ‭***‬ to follow up and I was advised to call Mondo ***‬. When I called Mondo I told my order is on its way. Till today I still haven’t received my order.
