Order not delivered, purchased at MTN online.

I made a purchase at MTN online on the 3 June 2019 and made a payment. Even now my order has not been delivered. I send my query on Twitter @MTN South Africa twice , no respond. I even phoned MTN on the line number that is in my order on ***, I was send from pillar to post and being transferred numerous times for the whole hour until I decided to hand up. can some please help me to trace my order.
