Order cancellation

I made an order online.they over charged me than what was advertised I contacted them to cancel order even today they haven't cancelled.its been over 2weeks now when I go to mtn store they tell me they can't cancel because I app**** online.i am not happy with the service. All I want them is to cancel that order and close it.
